In the United States, Total subsidiaries play an important part in the communities in which it operates. Each facility, including our Corporate Headquarters, works hard to become a valued member in the community.

The primary goal is to establish and sustain good working relationships based on mutual respect and understanding with the many constituencies that affect and are affected by the company's actions. The constituencies are employees, customers, suppliers, the general public, the government (including local, state and federal), citizen groups and the media.
